For account, purchase or privacy questions, email support@aphroditeapp.site. Include your account email and a brief description. Never send passwords, API keys, full payment details or sensitive photos by email.

Purchases and Credits

Use Restore Purchases on the Plus screen while signed into the account linked to your purchase. Include the Apple order reference if you need help with a missing Credit pack. Refunds and subscription cancellation are handled through Apple.

Manage your subscription

Open your Apple subscription settings to manage or cancel renewal. Deleting an Aphrodite account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Delete your account or analysis history

Signed-in users can request account deletion from Profile. You can also delete backend analysis history in Privacy & data. For help with a deletion request, contact the support email above from the email associated with your account. We verify account ownership before acting.
