No. Readable packaging and creator mentions help identify products. When the exact product or shade is not visible, we show uncertainty or a recommended match rather than present a guess as fact.
How do subscriptions and Credits work?
Plus access and Credit packs are managed through the app’s purchase screen. Scan and Guide charges are fixed Credits shown before you begin—not a fluctuating charge based on AI spend. See Terms for renewal and Credit details.
What happens to my photos?
Submitted media is processed for the features you request. AI providers and private backend storage may be involved. See the Privacy Policy for processing, retention and deletion options.
